About service

  • The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation currently administers a number of funding schemes for eligible individuals and companies to apply for例如STEP計劃旨在協助企業落實創新 想法以成功創業; 科技培育計劃、企業飛躍計劃等。Other programs, such as student internship programs and residential support programs, are available only to parent companies or incubators in the park.

  • The HKSTLC will continue to strictly implement the existing measures to promote racial equality and conduct regular assessments on the "language service needs" of different races, including the number of language service requests received and the number of interpretation services provided。

Additional measures taken/to be taken

  • To draw service users' attention to the language services provided, they will be posted at all service centres and on our website。
  • Post "Logo Cards provided by Language Services" at service centres to help service users who can only communicate in limited Chinese or English。
  • Develop operational guidelines for language services to ensure that all staff, especially frontline customer service staff, are aware of the language services policy, are well acquainted with established procedures and provide immediate guidance and assistance to staff when required。Provide training to staff to enhance their sensitivity and awareness of racial equality in service delivery and skills in working effectively with service users and interpreters。
